A regular stop for the Ringgold Band is this
rather, well, unusual venue for a concert band - a barge on the Susquehanna River. As the
crowd gathers along the bank for their Fourth of July celebration, the barge waits
patiently for the band's arrival on July 3, 1998.

before getting under way. We run a very tight ship as you can see!
